This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed directly through Farming Hub Private Limited. For orders through authorised dealers, the dealer's logistics arrangements apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. For remote or hilly areas, additional lead time may apply. Certain heavy equipment (rotavators and large implements) may require a confirmed delivery address and may be shipped only to specific regional collection points in some districts.
After receiving your confirmed order:

These are estimates only and may vary due to logistics partner delays, weather events, or public holidays.
Shipping charges vary by product category, weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact charge is communicated at the time of order confirmation. For dealer orders above a minimum value, freight-free delivery may apply — your account manager will confirm the threshold.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the logistics partner name and tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can track your shipment on the logistics partner's website using the provided tracking number.
Our logistics partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts due to the recipient being unavailable, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch charges will apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please:
Claims made after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted as transit damage.
Rotavator and large implement deliveries are coordinated by our regional logistics team. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order processing. The buyer must ensure accessible road connectivity to the delivery point. Farming Hub is not liable for delays caused by inaccessible delivery locations.
